Our team will monitor every data analysis generated by each OTA platforms to apply different pricing strategy strategically and maximize profit of each units.

Some listings will require owners/PIC to be at there during check-in process, especially Condominium. Hence, our team will be ready at the unit to welcome guests and assist on the check-in process.

CLEANING

Our team will arrange professional housekeeping team to do housekeeping every time after a guest checked-out to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.

MAINTENANCE

Our team will arrange our best maintenance team to provide immediate assistance for repairs and maintenance issues if any.

"As owners passed their properties to us, we will help owners to keep their keys as secure as possible. Furthermore, we will also come out some easy method which will allow guests to check in themselves."

KEY MANAGEMENT

KEY MANAGEMENT

Our team will help owners to keep their house keys to make check-in/check-out process easier and also as secure as possible.

SELF CHECK-IN/OUT

Our team provides 24H self check-in/check-out service.

 

We will:

  1. Install a Lock Box near the entrance. Send check-in /check-out guide for guests on how to do the check-in/check-out

  2. Change locker code often to prevent any key loss or theft issue happens

  3. Have a check at the house and make sure keys are safe

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

"Most owners will worry what if anything happens within their property such as maintenance, theft issues and so on. Thus, we have come out various ways to allow owners freed from worry."

REPAIR WORK

We will include repair works (fix-able), such as:

  1. Household Appliances (TV, Refrigerator, Air-Conditioner, Fan, etc)

  2. Lightings (Light bulb, etc)

  3. Furniture (Chair, Table, etc)

  4. Other Repairable Items

PROPERTY INSURANCE

Our team had partnered with insurance company which provides insurance for property damages. Owners can choose whether to apply or not for the insurance as this is our another value-added service.
